Data we process and purpose

We process the data you provide in the form: name, phone, email, province or canton, estimated property value, market, language and, if included, your message.

The purpose is to assess your request confidentially and, where appropriate, introduce you to a selected partner agency.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent, given by ticking the form checkbox, and our legitimate interest in managing pre-contractual contact. For residents in Switzerland, processing follows the nFADP principles of good faith, proportionality and purpose limitation.

Disclosure

Your property is never listed publicly and your data is never sold. We share your information with a selected partner agency only when you authorise it, and with technology providers acting as processors under contract.

Transfers between the EU and Switzerland rely on the applicable adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We retain data while there is an active interest in the valuation and thereafter for applicable statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to inmueblesprimespain@gmail.com.
